One rule for every category: Bronze is the lowest-cost route, Silver is the next step, and Gold is the highest commitment. Headline figures show the category-specific packaging order. CT tape is a shared purchase across Vinyl and Soft Merch: 36 printed rolls cost £188.33 and one-colour tooling costs £35, for a total of £223.33 ex VAT. Buy that tape order once, not once per category. Where no shared tape has yet been purchased, add £223.33 once to the first tape-based selection.

Vinyl

All three routes are purpose-built for 12-inch records. Silver and Gold now return to Bri's original products and figures; no higher-cost substitute is presented as an improvement.

CD Bronze versus Silver: there is no packaging or protection upgrade. Both use the same £160 Kite mailer. Bronze adds £119 of small stickers; Silver adds £193 of larger stickers. The £74 difference buys only greater logo visibility and should be selected only if that visual uplift is worth it.

These are garment-sized mailing bags for folded T-shirts and similar soft goods. Bronze and Silver use Davpack's 305 × 405mm stock bag; Gold uses the 300 × 420mm direct-print version.

Why Gold costs more: Bri's £405.45 is the price for 1,000 directly printed bags. Davpack separately states that printing plates start at £85, so the honest known minimum is £490.45 ex VAT. That extra £85 is a required print-production charge, not an upgraded material. Artwork origination and delivery remain unknown.
Fit boundary: these two Davpack sizes are appropriate candidates for folded T-shirts and similar soft goods. The suppliers do not publish a garment-capacity guarantee, so the page does not claim that either bag fits bulky hoodies or multi-item orders.
