Every category now follows the same rule: Bronze has the lowest order total, Silver is the next step, and Gold has the highest commitment. Each card shows one complete supplier-order total and one genuine per-packed-item figure. No shared-stock subtotal is placed in the unit-price position. Sticker Mule prices remain displayed supplier prices because checkout VAT is unconfirmed.

All three routes are purpose-built for 12-inch records. Silver and Gold use Bri's original product directions; the figures below separate her source values from the exact current quantity and any remaining unknowns.

Why Bronze is now genuinely cheaper: the earlier route loaded a 36-roll tape order and tooling into Bronze. This corrected route uses a smaller supplier-priced seal: £703.99 total and £0.59 per packed vinyl, versus Silver at £800.85 and £0.80. Gold's 67p base rate is a volume discount that requires a £4,020 order for 6,000 units and still excludes unknown setup and delivery.

Mockup action: the new Vinyl Bronze seal mockup is complete. Silver remains accurate. Vinyl Gold still requires a supplier-specific mockup once the missing supplier or product image is identified.

CD

Bronze and Silver use the exact same 165mm square Kite bubble envelope. The £74 Silver uplift buys only a larger sticker; Gold changes to a fully custom-printed padded mailer.

CD Bronze versus Silver: there is no packaging or protection upgrade. Both use the same £159.50 Kite mailer. Bronze adds £119 of small stickers; Silver adds £193 of larger stickers. The £74 difference buys only greater logo visibility and should be selected only if that visual uplift is worth it.

Mockup action: no new CD designs are required. All three visuals still match the stated product forms and CT applications. Bronze and Silver are now explicitly identified as treatments created by us, rather than options originally specified by Bri.

These are garment-sized mailing bags for folded T-shirts and similar soft goods. Bronze and Silver use Davpack's 305 × 405mm stock bag; Gold uses the 300 × 420mm direct-print version.

Why Gold costs more: Bri's £405.45 is the price for 1,000 directly printed bags. Davpack separately states that printing plates start at £85, so the honest known subtotal is £490.45 ex VAT. That extra £85 is a required print-production charge, not an upgraded material. Artwork origination and delivery remain unknown.

Fit boundary: these two Davpack sizes are appropriate candidates for folded T-shirts and similar soft goods. The suppliers do not publish a garment-capacity guarantee, so the page does not claim that either bag fits bulky hoodies or multi-item orders.

Clear progression: Bronze is £106.46 total / £0.11 each, Silver is £129.02 / £0.13 each, and Gold is £490.45+ / £0.49+ each. The former £80.97 figure was a total for 1,000 plain bags plus delivery, not a per-item price.

Mockup action: the new Soft Merch Bronze small-seal mockup is complete. Silver and Gold remain accurate; no further Soft Merch mockup rebuild is required.
